Welcome to ICEBRG's Floating Cooler! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our floating cooler product ("the Cooler") and related services such as accessories. By using the Cooler, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Cooler.

1. Use of the Cooler

1.1 Intended Use and Safety: The Cooler is designed for recreational use on water bodies such as pools, lakes, and rivers. It is intended for keeping beverages cool while floating. For your safety, it is mandatory to use Coast Guard Approved personal flotation devices (PFDs) at all times when using the Cooler on water.

1.2 Consultation for Drink Usage: If you plan to use the Cooler for storing drinks, please consult with your beverage sales person regarding safe consumption practices, including appropriate storage temperatures and food safety guidelines.

2. Orders and Payments

2.1 Order Acceptance: Your purchase of the Cooler does not necessarily mean acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase.

2.2 Payment: Payment for the Cooler is required upon checkout. We accept payment through all methods listed on our site.

3. Liability and Disclaimer

3.1 Use at Your Own Risk: Use of the Cooler is at your own risk. ICEBRG shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or accidents resulting from the use of the Cooler, including but not limited to slips, falls, or drowning incidents.

3.2 Consultation for Drink Usage: ICEBRG assumes no responsibility for any health risks or consequences arising from improper use or storage of beverages in the Cooler. It is your responsibility to consult with our beverage sales person regarding safe consumption practices.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership: All content and materials related to the Cooler, including designs, logos, and trademarks, are the property of ICEBRG and are protected by intellectual property laws. Use of the Cooler does not grant you any rights or licenses to use our intellectual property except as expressly authorized by ICEBRG.

4.2 Prohibition on Reverse Engineering: You may not disassemble, decompile, modify, or reverse engineer the Cooler, any of its components, or any related technology. Any attempt to do so constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action.

5. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Cooler after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
